Project Information:
What: PerkinElmer is a global life sciences corporation serving multiple end markets. PerkinElmer software products support a range of needs & workflows.
PerkinElmer’s end user base had changed drastically from PhD chemists to college graduates with little lab experience. My challenge was to understand this new user base and uncover what their needs were, in order for PerkinElmer to redesign their software to better reflect the new end user.
